How long does a new installation take?

Once your order is confirmed, our technical team typically completes Fiber installations within 24 to 48 hours depending on your exact location in our coverage zones.

How do I check Wireless Feasibility?

Please visit our Contact page and select "Wireless Feasibility Check" in the subject dropdown. Provide your exact address and our team will check the Line-of-Sight to our nearest tower and call you back.

What are the installation charges?

Standard fiber connections require a one-time setup fee of Rs. 4,000, which includes the routing equipment and initial wiring. Wireless dish setups vary based on distance and the specific Ubiquiti equipment required.

Do you offer static IPs?

Yes, static IP addresses are available for an additional monthly fee. Some of our premium Pro Connect packages include a static IP by default. Please check the specific plan details on our packages page.
