1. Service Provision

Barq provides internet connectivity (Fiber/Wireless) and telecommunications equipment. Service availability, speeds, and quality may vary based on geographic location, network congestion, and environmental factors. We reserve the right to perform network maintenance which may result in temporary downtime.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our network must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications.
• Hacking, bypassing security protocols, or distributing malware.
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of protected intellectual property.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

All subscription charges must be paid by the due date. Failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your telecommunication services. Equipment remains the property of Barq unless fully purchased as part of a specific agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Barq Telecommunication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use or inability to use our services.
